The vision of the
South-East European Hydrogen Corridor Initiative
Vision
The South-East European Hydrogen Corridor SEEHyC is a cooperation of seven European gas infrastructure companies – DESFA, Bulgartransgaz, Transgaz, FGSZ, Eustream, NET4GAS and OGE – driven by the vision to secure green hydrogen supply to South-East and Central Europe. The partners explore the feasibility of this hydrogen pipeline corridor to connect promising supply areas in Greece and Bulgaria via Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic with demand centres in Germany. This corridor will also contribute to the supply of demand centres along its route and in future offers the possibility for hydrogen imports from the Near and Middle East.
